DELIVERY: Here at TACOP SOLUTIONS our stock levels change frequently and some custom items are not kept in stock, so delivery times may vary. Every effort will be made to contact you via email to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends.
SHIPPING: Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground. UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® can be utilized for an additional fee(Ground and 3 Day not available for AK and HI). UPS requires signatures in some areas and TACOP SOLUTIONS will not be liable for any packages that are lost or stolen where signatures are waived.
PO BOX SHIPPING: All PO Box orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
SHIPPING TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES: When shipping to a Military address outside the US (APO/FPO addresses) the only shipping method available is USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to be discreet in our packaging to prevent mail theft. If you are concerned about mail theft, we can ship to a loved one or family member inside the United States. This way, he or she can repackage your order more discreetly and forward it to you as a care package. If you wish for us to ship your order to an APO/FPO address, TACOP SOLUTIONS cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your shipment as we are limited in our ability to track these shipments. If you have your order shipped to an APO/FPO address, please understand that TACOP SOLUTIONS may not be able to track or verify delivery of your shipment.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders that are over $150 qualify for our free shipping discount. All orders that qualify will be shipped UPS Ground. Should you need to choose another shipping method for a more expedited delivery, shipping fees will be added.

If you are a sworn law enforcement officer or military personnel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to order high capacity magazines in restricted areas.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds will not be shipped to; CA, MA, D.C., NY, Dayton or Toledo OH and Oak Park IL.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 12 rounds will not be shipped to; Chicago, IL
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds will not be shipped to: NJ, Cincinnati OH., Aurora IL., South Bend IN.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 16 rounds will not be shipped to: Franklin Park, IL.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 20 rounds will not be shipped to; MD, Cleveland and Columbus OH.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 21 rounds will not be shipped to; City & County of Denver, CO.
- Magazines with a capacity of more than 35 rounds will not be shipped to; Riverdale, IL.
- Pistol magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds will not be shipped to: Hawaii
- We can ship high capacity magazines manufactured prior to Sept. 13, 2004 to NY, but not to New York City
RESTRICTED ITEMS: Because of the unique protective aspect of Law Enforcement, some of our products are not sold to the general public. Products such as automatic knives, large containers of defense sprays, batons and body armor are sold only to law enforcement, military and some private security personnel with proof of occupation. All items that include POLICE, SHERIFF, or AGENT lettering are restricted and require proof of occupation with purchase.
